This is your teacher Ms. Margarita Touzet

Ms. Touzet started her career as an art educator in 1976.  She has been teaching at our school since 1983.  She is passionate about her work at Southwest High School.  Ms,Touzet holds a BFA from Florida International University and a MS degree in Reading with certifications in Art, Gifted and Reading education from Nova Southeastern University.

Ms. Touzet has taught many students throughout the years and is proud to say that among them are some of our countries leading artists.  Ms. Touzet is currently the curriculum chair of the Visual and Performing Arts Department at Southwest Miami High.
